  • Can I order my seat with a taillight? +

    Yes. LED taillights are available for an additional $35 installed on your seat with Stainless Steel Hardware.

  • Can I order my seat with different colors? +

    YES!  Colored seat panels are available for an additional $35 fee. This fee applies only once per seat, and allows you to choose the color for any or all of the available panel options. (There is no additional charge for an all-black seat.)  You can also customize the color of the "BOSS" silk screen on the side and rear panels of the seat for no additional charge.  See the all new "Online Seat Builder" for available colors to choose from.  Specify preferences when ordering.

  • Do BOSS seats come with a warranty? +

    Yes! All BOSS seats come with a one year limited warranty.

  • How do I order a BOSS seat? +

    You may order direct from BOSS Seats, Inc. using our all new "Online Seat Builder", or call us at 801-877-5789. You may also order from your local dealer. Click to see a list of BOSS Preferred Dealers.

  • How much will it cost for regular shipping? +

    This will vary according to the shipping destination and style of seat. Shipping in the USA ranges based on location between $35 and $65 dollars. Shipping to Canada ranges based on location between $50 and $65. Shipping International ranges based on location between $65 and $80 dollars.

  • How will my seat order be shipped? +

    Shipments within the continental U.S. will be shipped via Fed Ex. All other shipments will be sent via the US Postal Service.

  • What payment options are available? +

    BOSS accepts all major credit cards, paypal, cashier's check or money order. A C.O.D. option is also available for an additional $20 fee (continental U.S. only), and this payment must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.

  • When will my credit card be charged? +

    Since BOSS seats are custom ordered, full payment is due before the order can be processed and built.

  • When will my seat order arrive? +

    Shipping times will vary according to location. Shipments within the continental U.S. generally arrive within 1 to 5 business days from the shipping date. Shipments to Canada generally arrive within 10 to 14 business days from the shipping date.* Expedited and Air Freight options are available upon request for an extra fee.

  • When will my seat order ship? +

    Seat orders are processed in the order that they are received. We have all black seats in stock ready to ship. Generally, seats are built and shipped within one-two weeks from the time the order is received. During the peak season, this process may take longer due to high demand.
